These Terms & Conditions govern your use of RD Media’s website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By placing an order with RD Media, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

RD Media provides custom branding solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Trade show booths and displays

  • Custom signage and large format printing

  • Promotional products and branded merchandise

  • Custom apparel and uniforms

All products are custom-made based on client specifications.

Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to change

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received

RD Media reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Design & Approval

  • All orders requiring design will go through an approval process

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all details, including spelling, colors, sizing, and layout

  • Final approval must be provided before production begins

Once approved, RD Media is not responsible for any errors in the final product that were previously approved.

Production & Turnaround Times

  • Production timelines begin after final approval and payment are received

  • Timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on project scope and volume

  • Delays in client communication or approvals may impact delivery timelines

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are separate from production timelines

  • RD Media is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been shipped

Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final once production has begun

  • Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of verified defects or production errors

Limitation of Liability

RD Media shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, business, or opportunities

  • Delays caused by third parties, including shipping carriers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by RD Media remain the property of RD Media unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs without permission

  • RD Media reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes

 

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information (design details, sizes, shipping address, etc.)

  • Reviewing and approving proofs carefully

  • Responding in a timely manner to avoid delays

 

Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes must be requested prior to final approval

  • Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible

  • Additional fees may apply for approved changes

 

Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with the functionality or security of the website

 

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your information.
