Shipping Policy

At RD Media, all products are custom-made to order. Because of this, production time and shipping time are separate and both should be considered when estimating delivery.

Estimated turnaround time = Production time + Shipping time

Production Time

Production begins only after final design approval and full payment are received.

Standard production time: 7–14 business days
Large or complex orders may require additional time
Delays in approval will delay the production timeline

Rush production may be available upon request and may include additional fees.

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using a standard or expedited carrier.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout or upon request
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

RD Media is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of order.

RD Media is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Additional fees may apply for address changes after shipment

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to:

High order volume
Material availability
Shipping carrier disruptions
Weather or unforeseen circumstances

We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery
Include photos of damaged items and packaging
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on size, availability, or production timelines. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

Order Changes

Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible. Any approved changes may result in additional costs and extended timelines.
